International Food Security Treaty

Contacting your leaders is not just helpful to making a reality of the International Food Security Treaty and its mission of ending world hunger—it is essential.

United States citizens can find the contact information for their representatives in Congress and the President at https://www.usa.gov/elected-officials

Citizens of many nations will eventually be assisted by the IFST World Directory of Political Leaders. The Directory is currently in draft form, and publication of it is expected in 2026. One of the primary tasks of the IFST Campaign and Thunder Head Clearing (the 2016 animated short film about the Treaty) is to recruit volunteers to compile and update this vitally important tool to aid members of the public seeking to know where they can direct their messages urging support for the IFST.

If you would like to contribute information to the Directory, or help coordinate the compilation of the Directory, please fill out the IFSTC Volunteer Information Form and email a scan of it to [email protected]. (If you don’t have access to a scanner, you can summarize your responses to the Volunteer Information Form in a regular email or print the form and mail it to the address at the bottom of the form).

Thank you in advance—we look forward to working with you!
